We met Miss Shannon a year ago for my son’s first yoga lesson. My son has an autism diagnosis and it’s not easy for him to follow directions sometimes so I was worried. But from the very first lesson Miss Shannon’s calm demeanor and compassionate attitude made our experience simply amazing! She carefully listened to my concerns and happily involved myself and my daughter and that inspires my son to practice yoga with enjoyment! Every lesson is a beautiful journey that makes you feel good inside and out!

Shannon came and did a yoga class for our Girl Scout troop of 3rd graders. She was absolutely wonderful with the kids. Perfect balance of fun and yoga for their age group. Would love to take an adult class from her as well! Highly recommend!
